Clients & contracts
Client accounts, sites, contacts, frame agreements and the settings that shape each quote.
The Clients & contracts page shows one card per client account. Each card holds everything Quote Hub needs to recognise the client's enquiries and quote on their terms.

The client card
The card header shows the client name, client code (for example WEL, CVX, INPEX, STO), D365 account number and how many enquiries the client has in Quote Hub.
| Field | What it means | Where it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Deviation process | How the client reviews technical deviations: WEL Tech Register + WTA, Client deviation form, or In quotation | Deviation handling on the Quotation step and in the client portal |
| Quotation template | The quotation format used for this client. A template other than the Score standard overrides the one implied by the deviation process | Quotation document |
| Supplier list rule | Client ASL mandatory or Score lists allowed, with the number of Client ASL entries | Supplier shortlist on Sourcing |
| Email domains / intake folder | Sender domains that identify the client, and the shared folder its RFQs arrive in | Matching incoming enquiries to the client on Intake |
Frame agreements
Each frame agreement shows:
- Contract number and title, with an active or expired pill. An agreement is active until its end date.
- Scope: product types covered (PSV, SPARES, VALVE).
- Term, incoterms and payment terms.
- Margin target and minimum margin.
- Excludes: items the agreement does not cover.
If a client has no agreement, the card reads "None — spot quotes on Score terms."
How the data is used
- Screening. The scope-of-supply rules check whether the client has an active frame agreement and whether each line's product type is in its scope. See Screening.
- Sourcing. When a client's Client ASL is mandatory, suppliers not on that list are excluded from the shortlist once at least one Client ASL supplier covers the enquiry.
- Costing. The frame agreement's margin target replaces the default margin for the product type. The Costing Agent uses the minimum and target margin as guidance. See Costing.
- Quotation. The deviation process decides how deviations are registered and reviewed, for example against the WEL Technical Register for Woodside.
Sites and contacts
Sites lists the client's sites, such as Pluto LNG or Gorgon (Barrow Island). Contacts lists each contact's name, position and email. Quote Hub uses these when it builds the enquiry header and when it addresses clarification and quotation emails.
Good to know
- This page is read-only. There is no import for clients and frame agreements; ask your administrator to change a client's settings.
- An enquiry from an email domain that matches no client is not linked to a client. The "Unknown client" ground rule in the Rules studio flags it at screening.
